Application Data. We do not have access to your data stored on the CalendTask application. Your data is stored securely on your device (and if you enable backups in settings, it's also on your personal iCloud space)
To enable data backup and synchronization between devices, we use iCloud. Your data is securely stored on your personal iCloud space and we do not have access to it.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our application(s), for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

8. COMMANDS FOR DO NOT TRACK FUNCTIONS
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile apps include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting that you can enable to signal your privacy preference to not have data about your activities. online browsing monitored and collected. We do not have access to users' Apple ID or Google ID and financial information they provide during the CalendTask app subscription purchase process.
We do not collect or have access to your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, identification number, credit card information, bank details or anything else that can personally identify you when you make a purchase.
Purchases made through the Apple In-App Purchase feature are subject only to Apple's Terms and Conditions and Apple's Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for in-app purchases. You can request a refund directly from your App Store provider.
10. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In Short: Yes, if you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users residing in California to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, category information personal information (if any) that we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with whom we shared personal information during the previous calendar year. If you are a California resident and wish to make such a request, please submit your request to us in writing using the contact information provided below.
If you are under 18, a California resident, and have a registered account with the Services, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. Jérémy Perez has not disclosed or sold any personal information to third parties for professional or commercial purposes in the past twelve (12) months. Jérémy Perez undertakes not to sell the personal information of visitors, users and other consumers of the site in the future.
If you are using an authorized agent to exercise your right to opt out we may deny a request if the authorized agent does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf.
